Built in 1962, Puslinch Lake has stood the test of time while challenging and developing players such as Ian Leggatt, winner of the 2002 Tucson Open of the P.G.A. tour. With their tree lined fairways and small, yet undulating greens, accuracy is a must. But don’t be afraid to pull the driver out and let it rip!
Wondering where to grab a bite to eat in the area? There’s nothing better than the Aberfoyle Mill Restaurant if you’re looking for a delicious meal in a cozy country setting.
Another amazing place is the Old Marina Restaurant which is located on Puslinch Lake. Enjoy your meal on the deck to watch water-skiers and boaters–it feels just like you’re up north!
You can’t say Puslinch without mentioning the Aberfoyle Farmers Market with local, seasonal meats and produce fresh from your neighbourhood farms. Every Sunday you can stroll through Canada’s largest outdoor antique market where you will always find charming treasures for great prices.
